Sprouts Farmers Market seeks an In-Store Shopping Clerk to fulfill online orders and assist customers with a positive, friendly approach. You will use the Instacart Shopper App, manage substitutions, and handle in-store POS transactions while maintaining store presentation.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact positively with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Ability to operate front end equipment (register, calculator, scanner).
• Able to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Shop and fulfill customer online orders using a mobile Instacart Shopper App.
• Provide excellent customer service with focus on product quality and substitutions.
• Communicate needed changes to orders and process transactions at the POS.
• Serve as online ambassador, answering questions about delivery and the Instacart platform.
• May assist in stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
