Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring an In-Store Shopping Clerk to help fulfill online orders and assist customers with fresh, high-quality products. You will use the Instacart Shopper App on a mobile device and process in-store transactions while delivering friendly service.

Ideal candidates are 21+ with a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to stand/walk all day. Flexible schedules and employee discounts are offered to team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer service mindset.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a team; able to take direction.
• Ability to stand/walk for entire shift; maneuver a 20 lb cart for up to 2 hours.
• Able to walk up to 3 miles in an 8-hour shift.
• Willing to perform other store duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Shop and fulfill customer online orders using Instacart Shopper App.
• Provide excellent customer service focusing on product quality and freshness.
• Communicate changes to orders.
• Process order transactions using in-store POS.
• Serve as online ambassador for delivery questions about Instacart.
• Assist in stocking shelves, filling frozen bins, and maintaining store cleanliness.
