Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an In-Store Shopping Clerk to provide friendly, helpful service while ensuring product quality and freshness. You will fulfill online orders with the Instacart Shopper App, assist customers, and keep the store clean and well stocked.

The role requires 21+, a high school diploma, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to stand and walk all day. Competitive hourly pay includes DailyPay options and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and ability to interact positively with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment; register, calculator, scanner.
• Stand, walk, bend throughout the workday and lift/move items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Shop and fulfill customer online orders using a mobile device and Instacart Shopper App.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle substitutions for out-of-stock items.
• Communicate order changes effectively and process transactions at the POS.
• Serve as in-store ambassador for delivery questions and Instacart platform.
• Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
