The role emphasizes brand representation, customer education, and driving class enrollments. A culinary degree is preferred; 1–2 years kitchen experience and a Food Manager Certification are desirable. Part-time, in-store role with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• A degree in culinary arts is preferred; extensive culinary experience can substitute an education.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sur La Table’s brand by delivering memorable, educational savory classes.
• Explain cooking concepts clearly and engagingly to participants.
• Set up and break down classes, prep mise en place, and clean stations.
• Drive class enrollment and promote retail items used in classes.
• Maintain product knowledge and participate in available trainings.
