Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, understand projects, recommend products and spark purchase excitement
• Deliver above-average customer service and exceed expectations
• Keep assigned areas in stock, clean, shop-ready and safe
• Collaborate with management and team to reach sales goals
• Process sales at checkout using POS system
• Handle refunds and exchanges per guidelines
• Follow cash, check, and credit procedures
• Create price tags, merchandise signs, stock and display items
• Uphold company values and safety practices
• Answer phones per guidelines and support other store areas as needed
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy
