Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking energetic Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service and help customers find the right products for their projects. We offer both full-time and part-time roles on our sales floor in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications include 18+ years, basic math, and customer service experience. Forklift or heavy equipment familiarity may be required for some positions; compliance with safety and cash handling procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Some positions may require forklift certifications through F&D.
• Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires passing a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations when assisting customers.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas; keep it clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system; handle refunds and exchanges.
