Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about projects, and recommend our products.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain in-stock condition and keep areas clean, shoppable, and safe.
• Process transactions at checkout using POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs; stock and display merchandise.
• Answer telephone according to guidelines; assist in other areas as needed.
