Carter Lumber is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who can become the face of the store and deliver outstanding customer service. You will greet customers, share product information, and help with estimates and transactions.

The role includes following up on quotes, cold calling to generate new leads, supporting Outside Sales Reps, and helping with inventory control. We offer salary plus commission with no cap on earnings, and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers as they walk in the store and share product information.
• Provide project advice, produce estimates, and process transactions.
• Follow up on online quotes, cold call to qualify new leads, and support Outside Sales Reps.
• Assist in inventory control, perform cycle counts, and resolve overages/shortages.
