Thomas & Galbraith is seeking a Sales Lead Generator to support our Costco partnership, bringing high-quality water treatment solutions to members in-store.

You will engage shoppers at a branded Costco kiosk, explain benefits, and book appointments for our home service consultants while building relationships with Costco staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for in-person interactions.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a retail environment.
• Comfort using a smartphone for scheduling, texting, and emailing.

Responsibilities

• Represent Thomas & Galbraith and Costco partnership through friendly conversations about home water treatment.
• Work from a branded kiosk inside Costco - no cold calling or door knocking.
• Initiate conversations, explain benefits, and set appointments for home service consultants.
• Build relationships with Costco associates and managers - the face of our partnership in-store.
• Educate customers and staff about the program and the value of treated water.
• Track goals and celebrate wins with our training and support.
