Job summary

Mr. Plumber is hiring a Sales Lead Generator to represent our Costco partnership inside the store. You will engage shoppers in friendly conversations about water treatment options, explain benefits, and book appointments for service consultants. Work from a branded Costco kiosk with no door knocking and no cold calling.

You should enjoy face-to-face conversations, stay energized, and handle Saturdays with a positive, results-focused approach. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent face-to-face communication skills and ability to engage shoppers.
• Comfort with standing and moving for 4–8 hours in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and flexible shifts.
• Strong listening and question-asking to understand customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mr. Plumber and the Costco partnership by engaging shoppers in friendly, informative conversations about home water treatment options.
• Work from a branded kiosk inside Costco — no cold calling or door knocking.
• Start conversations, explain benefits, and set appointments for home service consultants.
• Build relationships with Costco associates and managers as the in-store face of the partnership.
• Help educate customers and staff about the program and the value of treated water.
• Track goals and participate in training and support provided.
