Responsibilities

• Represent Thomas & Galbraith and Costco partnership with friendly, informative conversations about home water treatment.
• Work from a branded Costco kiosk—no cold calling or door knocking.
• Initiate conversations, explain benefits, and set appointments for home service consultants.
• Build relationships with Costco associates and store managers as the face of the partnership.
• Educate customers and staff on the program and the value of clean, treated water.
• Track progress toward goals and participate in training and support programs.
