Williams Comfort Air seeks a Sales Lead Generator to partner with CostCo, engaging shoppers with friendly, informative chats about water treatment options. You’ll operate inside the CostCo store, avoiding door-to-door outreach, and aim to set appointments for our home service consultants.

You’ll help educate customers and staff on the program, build relationships with CostCo teams, and track progress toward goals with company training and support.

• Work inside CostCo — no cold calling or door knocking.
• Start conversations, explain benefits, and set appointments for home service consultants.
• Build relationships with CostCo associates and managers as the face of the partnership.
• Educate customers and staff about the program and value of treated water.
• Track goals and celebrate wins with training and support provided.
