DSI Systems, Inc. is seeking a Retail Support Specialist to provide frontline customer service and issue resolution inside high-traffic retail environments for AT&T customers.

You will engage with customers and store partners to address billing, account, device, and service concerns while maintaining professionalism in fast-paced settings. In this role, you will troubleshoot wireless devices, support store teams, and document interactions in real time.

• Provide professional, friendly, and solution-focused support to AT&T customers inside national retail locations.
• Resolve inquiries related to billing, account updates, plan changes, device support, and service concerns.
• Troubleshoot wireless devices, network issues, and feature functionality.
• Operate effectively in high-volume retail environments, maintaining focus, professionalism, and service quality during peak traffic and escalated situations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for escalations and issue resolution.
