Job summary

Michaels in Everett, WA is seeking a store associate to help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will perform truck unloading, stocking, and maintain in‑stock conditions to deliver our brand promises.

Responsibilities include enrolling customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card, supporting BOPIS/SFS, and upholding SOPs, safety, and store standards while staying respectful and helpful to every guest.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and assist with Omni channel (BOPIS/SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain merchandise recovery and in‑stock store standards.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and policies.
• Interact respectfully and model company values; cross‑train in framing.
