Job summary

Michaels in Bellingham, MA is seeking a friendly Store Associate to assist customers, help them find products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, and keep the store well displayed and in stock.

This role requires good customer service, the ability to stand for long periods, and adherence to SOPs with a focus on safety and brand standards. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards
• Explain rewards program and enroll customers
• Educate customers on VOC surveys
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions
• Participate in SISO and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs
• Interact professionally and model company values
• Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production
