Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Prior retail sales or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods.

Responsibilities

• Supports building and hiring a strong team by observing in-store interviews and department tours.
• Builds a people‑first culture by connecting with every teammate to build mutual trust, respect, and contribute to the strong store recognition culture.
• Plans, organizes, controls daily tasks with guidance, including workforce for daily assignments, game plans, projects, or store events.
• Strategically leverages teammates to ensure brand standards are met, programs and processes are executed daily, and tasks are delegated by priority.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment.
• Assists the store leadership team with supervision and training of teammates; onboarding and cross‑training as needed.
• Prioritizes coaching and development; teaches the 'why' behind tasks, plans, and processes.
• Leads by example to align responsibilities with organizational goals and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
• Creates an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and safe.
• Adheres to safety, loss prevention and SOPs; maintains confidentiality of company information.
• Takes an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
