Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by assisting customers with product information and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Assist in developing 30-60-90 day plans with leadership to support department priorities.
• Communicate goals, assign workloads, and adjust schedules to meet traffic and payroll goals.
• Build and lead a team; hire, onboard, coach, and manage performance.
• Enforce policies on safety, loss prevention, and store procedures.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

1-3 years of experience

Previous retail/customer-facing experience required

Previous people leadership experience preferred
