Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Dublin, CA is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver friendly, efficient service at checkout and throughout the store. You will help customers locate products, participate in truck unloads, stocking, and maintaining planograms to ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Responsibilities include promoting the Michaels Rewards program, assisting with Private Label Credit Card enrollments, and supporting omnichannel activities such as BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Preferred knowledge: Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Public retail store setting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with shopping and check out to ensure a fast, friendly experience.
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain store presentation.
• Engage customers with Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Support omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup In Store and Ship From Store.
• Adhere to store SOPs and company policies; promote a positive, respectful environment.
