Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an in-store Associate to perform food and non-food demonstrations, learn products, prepare samples, and engage customers with professional service in retail environments.

This part-time role (up to 25 hours/week) requires basic education, computer savvy, and the ability to set up event tables, interact with store personnel, and complete required reports and online forms on the same day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in using a PC or mobile device with internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances (microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, knives).
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation using cleaning chemicals.
• Set up and prepare the Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with client visits and complete audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy.
• Submit all online requirements on the day of Event execution.
• Access the internet and company systems (Outlook, Word, PDF).
