Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations with a focus on professional conduct and product knowledge. The role involves serving samples, engaging customers, and maintaining a clean workstation in a retail environment in Orlando, FL.

This is a part-time position with travel limited to store visits as needed. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and possibly a local Food Handler permit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.
• Proficient in basic computer use and navigating internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of the products represented.
• Proactively intercept, engage, and sell to consumers in a positive manner.
• Explain features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances (microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, knives).
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy and submit online requirements on the day of Event execution.
