Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, gaining product knowledge and engaging consumers to drive sales.

The role requires preparing and serving samples, maintaining a professional appearance, and effectively communicating product benefits within a retail setting. Part-time position with up to 25 hours per week; requires basic computer skills, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in ability to use and navigate on a personal computer or personal mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.
• Stand and walk for shift; reach with hands; lift up to 25 pounds; handling of cleaning supplies.

Responsibilities

• Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer.
• Communicate the features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation.
• Set up and prepare the Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with preparation for client visits and audits.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Submit expense reports according to Company Policy.
• Access internet and company systems including MS Word and PDF forms.
