Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking an Associate to conduct in-store product demonstrations for food and non-food lines. You will learn product details, prepare, serve, and break down samples, and engage customers professionally to drive interest and sales.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, presenting features and benefits, and coordinating with store staff. The role is part-time with up to 25 hours per week, requiring reliable transport and a neat appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience or training preferred.
• Proficient in using a computer or mobile device and internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of the products represented and explain features to customers.
• Interact with consumers to engage and sell products.
• Prepare, serve, and break down food samples using small appliances.
• Maintain a clean, safe work station and professional appearance.
• Set up Event Table and ensure 100% execution.
• Complete expense reports and online requirements on the day of event.
