Job summary

Crossmark Inc. in the United States is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, acquire product knowledge, prepare, serve, and break down samples, and present products professionally.

This role is part-time (up to 25 hours weekly) in retail environments; you will intercept consumers, highlight features and benefits, maintain a clean workstation, and coordinate with store personnel and management to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of products represented.
• Intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer.
• Communicate the features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances (microwave, fryer, skillet, coffee maker, knives).
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station using cleaning chemicals.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet client objectives.
• Complete expense reports as per Company Policy.
• Submit online requirements on the day of Event execution.
• Access the internet and internal systems (Outlook, Word, PDF).
