Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, acquire product knowledge, and present products to customers professionally.

The role involves preparing, serving, and breaking down samples using small appliances, while maintaining a clean, safe work area and a professional appearance. The position is part-time, with up to 25 hours per week, and requires strong communication and the ability to follow company procedures and event guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to learn product details quickly and retain knowledge.
• Strong customer-interaction and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of products represented.
• Interact with consumers and demonstrate products professionally.
• Prepare, serve, and break down product and kitchen equipment safely.
• Set up Event Table and maintain a clean work station.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with dress code.
• Complete on-line requirements on the same day as events.
• Assist with client visits and audits as needed.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
