Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, acquire product knowledge, and present products professionally. You will prepare, serve, and break down items, maintaining a professional appearance throughout your shift.

The role emphasizes engaging consumers, showcasing features and benefits, and completing required online documentation. Expect a part-time schedule, with up to 25 hours per week in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; related experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer and mobile device usage.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Possesses knowledge of products represented.
• Proactively intercepts, engages, interacts, and sells to consumers.
• Communicates product features and benefits effectively.
• Prepares and serves food samples using small appliances.
• Maintains a clean, sterile and safe work station.
• Sets up event table for execution and maintains appearance.
• Aims for 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assists with client visits and audit corrections.
• Builds rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Completes expense reports per company policy.
• Submits online requirements on the day of event execution.
