Crossmark Inc. in the United States is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will acquire product knowledge, prepare and serve samples, and engage consumers professionally to drive sales.

The role is part-time, not to exceed 25 hours per week, with flexibility based on client needs. Proficiency with basic computer use and strong interpersonal skills are essential. A clean, professional appearance is required and bilingual abilities may be beneficial.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer skills to use and navigate on a personal computer or personal mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Local Food handler permit may be required.
• Language skills: English is the primary language; bilingual skills may be required.

Mansioni

• Possesses the aptitude and ability to gain adequate knowledge of the products represented.
• Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Communicate the features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station.
• Builds and maintains rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy.
• Submit on-line requirements on the same day as Event execution.
