Zusammenfassung

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Full Time Event Manager for product demonstrations. You will recruit, hire, and supervise in-store demonstrators, oversee product preparation, training, and ensure excellent customer service to Club members.

The role requires strong communication with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, involvement in new location grand openings, and a commitment to food safety, sanitation and brand standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years experience in client-side, branded CPG or combined roles.

Aufgaben

• Direct events, promotions and sales activities for vendor products.
• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff for in-store demonstrations.
• Oversee product prep, presentation, food safety and sanitation.
• Train demonstrators in demonstration prep and customer service.
• Communicate strategies between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
