Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators while ensuring product preparation, training and superb service for Club members. The role requires strong communication with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, and may involve participation in new location grand openings.

The position offers a set Tue-Sat 8:30AM-5:30PM schedule, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability

Qualifications

• Associate or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3-5 years in client-side, branded CPG or related mix.
• Strong leadership, communication, and independent work skills.
• NEHA Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities for events, promotions and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Support governance framework, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and costs.
• Achieve revenue and net income objectives through activation and strategy.
• Improve customer satisfaction through operations optimization.
