Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) seeks an Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators, while overseeing product preparation and presentation and ensuring top-tier service to Club members.

The role involves coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, and may include participation in grand openings at new locations, with a set Tue-Sat schedule and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities for events, promotions and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Support governance framework, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and make adjustments.
• Achieve defined revenue and net income objectives through sales activation and expense management.
• Optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty through improved operations.
