Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Full Time Event Manager - Product Demonstration responsible for recruiting, hiring and supervising in-store product demonstrators and overseeing preparation, training and customer service. You will coordinate with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, including new location openings.

CDS offers a set Tuesday-Saturday schedule, work-life balance, comprehensive benefits, disability coverage, a 401(K) plan and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2-5 years in retail, hospitality, or food environments recommended.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsabilités

• Direct all activities for events, promotions and vendor product sales.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with District Manager on event performance metrics and costs.
• Lead recruitment, training and development of demonstrators.
• Support new location grand openings as needed.
