Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Full-Time Event Manager - Product Demonstration to recruit, hire and supervise in-store demonstrators. You will oversee product preparation, training and exceptional member service, and coordinate with warehouse managers, vendors and staff for grand openings.

The role requires strong leadership, 2–4 years of relevant experience, and NEHA Food Handler certification. A stable schedule Tue-Sat, with benefits and growth opportunities are offered by CDS.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead well performing teams.
• NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and excellent customer services.
• Communicate between multiple managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
