Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Full Time Event Manager - Product Demonstration to oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of in-store product demonstrators, coordinating product prep, safety, and openings at new locations.

This role emphasizes strong communication with warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators, plus delivering excellent service to Club members and ensuring compliant operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in client-side branded consumer-packaged goods or related roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct full cycle recruitment, training and hiring of part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation, presentation and food safety compliance.
• Train demonstrators in demonstration setup and customer service.
• Coordinate with managers, vendors and demonstrators; support new location openings.
