Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) seeks a Full Time Event Manager - Product Demonstration to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product preparation and presentation, training and provide superb service to Club members, coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors and on-site staff during grand openings.

This role emphasizes strong communication, leadership and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Requires associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in client-side, branded, consumer-packaged goods or related mix.
• Strong leadership, communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety considerations.
• Train Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer service.
• Coordinate communication between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
