Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager for full-time, in-store product demonstrations at our Winston-Salem location. You will recruit, train and supervise demonstrators, ensuring product prep and presentation meet standards and food safety guidelines.

Collaboration with warehouse managers, vendors and staff is essential to support grand openings and ongoing events. The role requires 2–4 years in retail/hospitality/food environments, strong leadership and communication, and

Qualifications

• Two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and counsel employees and take correct measures as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and excellent customer service.
• Communicate between multiple managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
