Job summary

A retail flooring company in Mesquite is seeking a dedicated professional to support PRO customers and enhance their business relationships. Qualifications

• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for our PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store including phone calls and customer support.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bilingual in Spanish

Experience with Salesforce / CRM software

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Associate Degree or higher
