Responsibilities

Proactively engages customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrates the value of T-Mobile solutions.
Utilizes digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to educate customers and deepen relationships.
Participates in training on store processes, product knowledge, and procedures; assists with opening/closing and protecting assets.
Builds rapport with customers, drives sales activity, follows up with referrals, and supports Be Back processes.
