Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to be a store-level ambassador in National Sales partner locations, delivering energy and excellent customer experiences. You will engage customers, explain T-Mobile solutions, and drive sales with a service-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating on and showcasing T-Mobile solutions.
• Utilize digital self-serve tools, identify customer needs, and demonstrate value through solution-based selling.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; stay customer-ready and partner with nearby locations.
