Job summary

T-Mobile USA is hiring a Mobile Associate (Store-in-Store) to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You’ll engage customers in a high-traffic setting, educate on products, and use solution-based selling to reach targets.

You’ll participate in training and continuously improve to deliver exceptional service. Role emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge, and a customer-first mindset to meet quality of sale metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment; educate customers and showcase value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding; identify customer needs and demonstrate solutions.
• Complete training on in-store experiences, products and processes; onboard customers and manage store assets and procedures.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from setup to servicing.
