Job summary

At T-Mobile, Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are ambassadors who energize Retail partner locations and educate customers about solutions. You will engage customers, identify needs, and demonstrate wireless products and services, while leveraging digital tools and onboarding solutions to deepen relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience.
