Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to engage customers in a warehouse/club kiosk environment, delivering energy, passion, and product knowledge to every interaction.

You will receive onboarding training, learn store operations, and strive to exceed customer expectations while promoting T-Mobile services and benefits. The role offers base pay, training pay, and opportunities for incentive-based earnings and stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Six months of customer service or sales experience in retail is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing value of products and benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and build relationships to drive sales activity.
