Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages customers in a high-traffic retail environment to demonstrate value.
• Guide customers through self-serve tools and the T-Mobile app when appropriate.
• Complete in-store training and stay updated on products, promotions, and processes.
• Build rapport, handle referrals, and support Be Back and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with store leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
