Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools and solution-based selling to demonstrate products and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience and processes; assist with onboarding and store procedures, including asset security.
