Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates for National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers in a high-traffic setting and educate them on T-Mobile solutions, driving value through consultative selling and relationship building.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months customer service or sales experience preferred in retail.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a fast-paced retail setting, educate on devices and services, and showcase value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital tools during interactions, identify customer needs, and demonstrate solutions to drive sales and satisfaction.
• Complete training on in-store processes, review promos, and maintain store readiness; assist with opening/closing tasks and asset security.
• Build rapport with customers, follow up, capture referrals, and support Be Back processes to grow sales.
