Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a Retail environment.
• Passionate customer advocate with a desire to connect and have fun with customers.
• Desire to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a highly‑traffic retail environment.
• Educate customers on T‑Mobile products and services using digital tools.
• Complete training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience and systems.
