Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work within a single store, owning end-to-end tasks from planograms to price changes and signage maintenance. You will assist with fixtures, PDQs, and merchandise while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

The role requires retail or merchandising experience, strong communication, and the ability to read, write and count accurately. Expect variability in shifts and a customer‑facing environment with safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service in-store and assist customers using the GURA method (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the Sale).
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
