Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks in a single store, including planograms, signage, price changes, merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service at every touchpoint.

This role requires reliability, flexibility, and a service‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity through recovery and review.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
