Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute in-store tasks from start to finish, including planograms, signage, price changes and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members to deliver legendary service.

The role requires retail or merchandising experience, good reading/writing/counting skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced store environment. Safety and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately must be demonstrated.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform store price changes accurately.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA approach.
• Promote safety and a positive work environment.
