Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work within a single store, owning and completing planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will support merchandising tasks and maintain signage while delivering legendary customer service to guests.

Responsibilities include executing planograms, updating prices, assembling PDQs, and ensuring planogram integrity with a customer-focused approach. Shifts vary and safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and recover when needed.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote safe and productive work environment.
• May be assigned other duties as needed.
