Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in a single store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage updates, price changes, and merchandise/fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary customer service and supporting store operations.

The role requires availability, flexibility, and a service-oriented attitude, with duties ranging from planograms to PDQ assembly and signage maintenance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Make the customer a priority when approached and provide legendary customer service while in stores through the use of GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
• Team Members also may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
