Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning end-to-end tasks from planograms to signage updates. You will assist with merchandise setup, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

Ideal candidates have prior retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to read, write, and count accurately. Shifts vary by store needs, with a focus on reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/merchandising preferred.
• Able to read, write and count accurately.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA.
• Communicate progress with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
